From Denver, head west on I-70. Take exit 232 onto Hwy 40. Follow Hwy 40 through Empire, over Berthoud Pass, and past Winter Park, Fraser and Granby. About 6 miles west of Granby look for the Drowsy Water Ranch sign on your right, travel 1.5 miles off U.S. 40 on our private road.
